Who We Are

Focused on "intown Atlanta" (inside 285), we started in 2000 as a small lunch gathering of commercial brokers and friends, and have grown into a thriving network of 80+ members.

Our mission? To foster connections through lively, collaborative lunches where brokers share their “haves” (listings) and “wants” (buyers and tenants). Expect candid conversations, valuable insights, and plenty of opportunities to make deals happen across retail, restaurant, office, industrial, and land.

This isn’t your typical networking group. We’re brokers, owners, and salespeople—no vendors (unless invited). But more than that, we’re friends. We’ve closed deals, weathered storms, and built a community.
