With a focus on “intown Atlanta” (inside 285), what started in 2000 as a small group of commercial brokers (and friends) getting together for lunch to talk about current properties and tenants has grown to an organized group of over 80 members.
Our main focus is to open the lines of communication across brokerage firms, to share our “haves” (property listings, for sale or lease) and “wants” (tenants and buyers looking for spaces or properties). We cover all aspects of commercial real estate:
retail/restaurant + office + industrial + land
This is not your typical networking group. We are only salespeople, owners and brokers, no vendors (unless invited). However, most importantly, we are friends. We have weathered a couple of storms together, and we’ve done many deals together.

Members are listed in the “members only” section” (which is password protected). Here, you can download a .csv (excel) file for a list to easily copy and paste into your mail program to email the group.
